Whenever I’m asked to bring something for a potluck, I immediately start searching for tasty potluck recipe ideas to impress friends, coworkers or family with…there are so many options out there, but this is one that my coworker came up with that I can’t seem to stop eating! They’re super easy to make, full of flavor, and your friends will ask you to bring them every time you come over! Let’s see how easy these Jalapeno Cheese Tortilla Rollups are to make!
Jalapeno Cheese Tortilla Rollups Recipe
Cream Cheese
diced jalapenos
Shredded Cheese
onion powder
cumin
large tortillas
This recipe is so simple! Start by softening your cream cheese and mixing it together with the drained jalapeños, onion powder, cumin, and cheese into a bowl until smooth.
Next you spread the mixture onto a tortilla and roll up length wise.
Once rolled, wrap in saran wrap and place in fridge for a few hours (or place in the freezer for about 30 minutes).
Once chilled, unroll and cut into slices! They take very little time to make and they’re a real crowd pleaser!
The recipe makes about 24 slices or two large tortillas worth of appetizers, but you should probably double the recipe because your friends won’t be able to stop eating them once they start! 🙂
