Modsy is an online interior design service that delivers highly realistic 3D designs of your exact room filled with shoppable pieces of furniture from top retailers–so you can virtually “try on” products and designs before you buy–starting at just $59!!
The whole process at Modsy is so simple. You start by filling out a style profile, submitting existing photos of your room, as well as measurements of the space and any existing or new furniture you want to incorporate. For me, I am working with Morris Home already on a living room project and I wanted to see how the items I was considering ordering would look in my space, so I sent them to Modsy who was able to provide me with a 3D rendering of what everything would look like together (using specific pieces does come at an additional design cost).

Modsy took everything I submitted to them via their website and in about 5-7 days I was able to have two unique designs sent to me for consideration. They provide multiple views of the room and links to all the products used in the design.
Want modifications? Modsy is ON IT! I asked them for ideas in the placement of a gallery wall, as well as ideas on how to reconfigure the room and within a few days they took their existing designs and made the updates.
Now I can see how a new layout may work in our space with their ideas!
The other cool thing is that not only do they link to the items that they used in the design, but they make suggestions for other options to substitute for those items. Modsy’s 3D Style Editor and new Live Swap feature allow you to simply click on the item and hit “swap” and the design updates itself for you to see those changes!! So you can make real time changes to the design yourself too using their suggestions!
